Can I return my FBB products?

We created FBB’s gentle products to help keep our dogs healthy and happy, but we understand that all dogs have unique needs, and our products might not work or be the right fit for every dog. 

To be eligible for a refund, please email info@furbabybiologique.com  within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase, item(s) for return, reason for return, and return the product in its original condition. If approved, refunds will be issued using the same form of payment used for the purchase.

If a customer believes they are eligible for a refund, they must contact our customer care team within 14 days of the purchase date. Our team will review the request and provide instructions for returning the product.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that customers use a trackable shipping method to ensure the product is returned safely. The refund will be issued within five business days of receiving the product.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our criteria or if the product is returned in a condition that does not meet our standards.
